MEET RESULTS

I have attached the results from the Landings vs Savannah Yacht Club meet. Please note that if your child has “CITY” underneath their name, they have qualified for the city meet being held July 11^th at the Chatham County Aquatic Center.

CITY MEET & RISING STAR

In order to qualify for the City Meet, your child must participate in at least 3 meets and achieve at least 1 qualifying time. I have attached the qualifying times to this email AND a list of all the kids who have qualified for the City Meet so far based on the criteria. If your child does not qualify for the City Meet, then they can attend the Rising Star meet which is held on Friday July 30^th at the Chatham County Aquatic Center.

Other important things to note:

• If your child has 1 City Meet Qualifying time, they can CHOOSE to swim the 1 qualifying time at City Meet. They will NOT have bonus swims and can only swim the 1 qualifying stroke. They can go to Rising Star and swim the 1 qualifying time PLUS 2 other stroke swims.
• If your child has 2 City Meet Qualifying times, they MUST go to City Meet. They can swim the 2 qualifying times PLUS 1 Bonus Swim.
• If your child has 3 or more City Meet Qualifying times, they MUST go to City Meet. They can ONLY swim a MAXIMUM of 3 individual events at City Meet, even if they have 4 qualifying times.

FRIDAY PRACTICE

There will only be practice this Friday from 5:00pm-6:00pm with Coach Avery.

LANDINGS VS ISLE OF HOPE

Our next meet will be against Isle of Hope at Isle of Hope. Signups for the meet are now open and will close Sunday night at 6pm. If you do not register your child for the meet by the deadline I will not be able to get your child into the meet so please make sure you sign up by Sunday at 6pm.
