A few reminders about tonight’s meet:

CAPS & SHIRTS

We will have shirts for all swimmers who attend tonight. Caps are being delivered today and should be in by the start of the meet. I do have a few from last year for the kids to wear so if you're child has one from last season, please have them bring it.

HEAT SHEETS

Heat sheets are attached to this email. If you got the one from the app, it is not up to date. Please refer to the on attached to this email. We will have a few copies but please try and print one before coming in. Make sure you bring a permanent marker in so you can mark your child’s events.

On your child’s arm or leg you will need to write down their Event number, heat number, and lane number. I have attached an example of what this should look like.

WARMUP

Warmups will start at 5pm and the meet will start at 6pm. The meet should be over by 8pm.

ATTITUDE & SUPPORT

There will be no college scouts at this meet tonight. As a coach, all I care about is your kid making it to the other side with a smile on their face once they get out. Please don’t ruin it for them by comparing how other kids swim or dive. Love them for showing up to the meet with a great attitude and make sure they cheer for their other teammates.
