Please try and get me your child’s t-shirt size by 1pm today. You can text me via Remind. If you have not signed up for Remind, instructions are attached to this email. 

OPT IN or OUT of SWIM TEAM

Thursday will be the last day to opt in or our of swim team for the season. We will begin billing your account for season starting on Friday with 6 split payments. As a reminder the cost for one child is $300. Families with 2 or more children will be charged $275.

If you have decided that your child will not be swimming this season, please make sure you send me an email at [email protected]. If you have already done so, there is no need to send me another email. Families that opt out will be removed from the email list and we hope to see your child again next season.

UPCOMING SWIM MEET

Our first swim meet will be at Franklin Creek on Tuesday May 30 ^th  and we will be swimming against the Savannah Golf Club. Warmups will start at 5:00pm and the meet will start at 6:00pm so please get your child to the meet 10-15 minutes before 5:00pm.

To sign up for the swim meet please go to your SwimTopia account and make sure you are registered. If you registered for the swim team but did not create an account, make sure you click on forgot password here so you can set up an account. Once you have an account set up, click on the top tab that say Meets/Events and then click on the Meet Entry tab. Please make sure you declare for the meet by 6pm on Monday. I highly recommend downloading the app for your phone, iOS here & Android here.

If you have any trouble setting up your contact, I will make myself available at the end of practice to help you get it set up.

VOLUNTEERS

We will need at least 12 timers (2 per lane) to sign up to volunteer for the meet. If we have more we will be able to swap out timers in the event someone has to leave early. You can sign up to volunteer to time on the Meets/Events page where it says Job Signups. If we do not have at least 12 timers for the meet, we will have to cancel so please make sure you sign up.
